Junie’s Land exists to inspire the next generation of thinkers, explorers, and innovators by blending fun, safety, and education. Through immersive play, hands-on STEM learning, and engaging real-world experiences, we provide children ages 2–12 with opportunities to explore their curiosity, build creativity, and develop lifelong skills — all in a nurturing, inclusive, and family-centered environment.

Mentorship is a key component of our organization. At Junie's Land, we connect youth with mentors who can provide guidance and support on their personal journeys.
Our Team
Junie’s Land is led by a passionate and experienced team dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. At the helm is Chenikka Moore, the founder and visionary behind the concept. With a deep commitment to childhood education, community enrichment, and STEM learning, Chenikka combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide every aspect of the business—from curriculum design to community partnerships and operational strategy.
Supporting the founder is a team of skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in education, childcare, STEM, and business operations:
- Educators & STEM Specialists: Certified teachers and STEM experts design and facilitate hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and programs that engage children and connect play with real-world learning.
- Play Supervisors & Lifeguards: Trained in child safety and first aid, they ensure a secure environment across playgrounds, water areas, and activity zones.
- Animal & Aquatic Care Specialists: Experts who maintain the aquariums, touch tanks, and other interactive exhibits while teaching children about marine life and ecosystems.
- Technology Instructors: Skilled in coding, digital design, and supervised online learning, they guide children through interactive tech activities.
- Operations & Event Coordinators: Professionals who manage day-to-day operations, birthday parties, school field trips, seasonal events, and community programs.
- Café & Retail Staff: Friendly team members provide high-quality food, beverages, and educational products, creating a welcoming experience for families.
Together, the Junie’s Land team combines expertise, creativity, and a shared passion for childhood development to deliver a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment. Our collaborative culture ensures that every child’s experience is educational, memorable, and fun.
